Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
During warmer months please ensure your package is not left in a mailbox for extended periods of time to prevent melting of certain products.
You will receive a Shipping Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
If you received your order damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with a photo of the packaging and the damaged goods so we can file a claim and send a replacement.
